My Cooking Style

Authentic Tapas, Spanish traditional recipes and Mediterranean.

My Culinary Experience

My name is Antonio, I am from the Alicante's province, Spain, and food is my passion.
Since childhood, the kitchen has held a deep fascination for me. It’s a passion that can be traced to my roots in the Western Mediterranean Coast where I was born.

My love for cooking has brought me to New York, where I operate Garlic & Parsley’s, my homemade food catering service.

The perfect gift, cooking lessons.

Whether you want to be a top chef or just learn the basics, will be a pleasure teach to you to cook Tapas and Spanish recipes that will make you popular long after the guests have left the dinner table.

Your dinners in the garden, terrace or beach.

What better place to savor fresh and delicious recipes than in a garden, terrace or beach?. Longer days, flowers blooming, fresh veggies, delicious seafoods — all reasons enough to party, I think! Invite friends and family over for a brunch, impromptu dinner party or just some snacks and sips to toast the new season. These party dishes capture the best of spring's flavors without much fuss.

Antonio was fantastic. I asked him to come give a surprise birthday cooking lesson for my boyfriend. Antonio was fun, hilarious, and showed us how to make a delicious meal. to quote the birthday boy, "it was awesome. Perfect. Awesomely perfect."

Antonio was the consummate chef: flexible to work with regarding menus, an easy and friendly manner (he was the most popular person at the dinner by far) and a superlative set of dishes. He clearly put hours of effort into the evening and it showed. I'm sure we'll have Antonio back next time.

Antonio was great and very friendly. The food was delicious and clean up was very easy. Worked with me on a special menu for 9 and it was very well received by everyone. Recommend and will try him again.

What a fantastic night Antonio gave all of us! The thank you notes have not stopped purring in! EVERY single one of the 20 invited guests had something wonderful to say about Chef Antonio's delicious food! What a delight! I did so little, Antonio took care of everything. I recommend Antonio very highly for his delicious food and great attitude.

Antonio was charming, professional and absolutely amazing! He contributed greatly to the success of my Christmas Eve gala. My family and friends are still raving about his grilled calamari and tuna tataki. I cannot say enough about him! I look forward to working with him again. Happy New Year!

Antonio is an incredibly talented chef, a super pleasant person, and a fun addition to any party! I highly recommend him! The sardines he prepared were mild and so tasty, (I crave them ever since!). The chicken evaporated from everyone’s plates (umm, umm), it was other worldly delicious and light. The pan de Calatrava was so large that a little bit was left and is now carefully rationed between my son, husband and I…We simply loved his food…Another thing, few more guests than expected showed up and Antonio was so cool and helpful, all the anxiety I could have felt evaporated instantly. If I was rich and selfish I would have Antonio as my full time personal chef, but while I am poor and generous, you may get to enjoy him too!

Antonio is not only a great chef- he's a great personality as well. His flavors are as vibrant and rich as his laugh. From the very beginning of the booking process right through cleanup, he was very professional but in a fun and casual way. As for the food, it was delicious. The octopus was delicious and unique, the chicken tangy and tender, the bread pudding rich and indulgent... truly a great night. Thanks Antonio!

Oh Tortilla Española. just how I remember you from tapas nights in Spain. Soft yet firm, simple yet flavorful, and prepared with chef swag. Yea, that's right. swag. When chef Antonio came to our home last week, kitchen technique weren't the only thing skills he brought. His comedic personality loosened up my guests and embodied the heartwarming sentiment of eating together I perceived while dining in Granada. Antonio's humor, delicious food, and happy-go-lucky state of mind make him a perfect chef to have in the kitchen. (pro tip: awesome icebreaker chef for potentially awkward dinner parties with people who don't know eachother!)
