My Cooking Style
Authentic Tapas, Spanish traditional recipes and Mediterranean.
My Culinary Experience
My name is Antonio, I am from the Alicante's province, Spain, and food is my passion.
Since childhood, the kitchen has held a deep fascination for me. It’s a passion that can be traced to my roots in the Western Mediterranean Coast where I was born.
My love for cooking has brought me to New York, where I operate Garlic & Parsley’s, my homemade food catering service.
The perfect gift, cooking lessons.
Whether you want to be a top chef or just learn the basics, will be a pleasure teach to you to cook Tapas and Spanish recipes that will make you popular long after the guests have left the dinner table.
Your dinners in the garden, terrace or beach.
What better place to savor fresh and delicious recipes than in a garden, terrace or beach?. Longer days, flowers blooming, fresh veggies, delicious seafoods — all reasons enough to party, I think! Invite friends and family over for a brunch, impromptu dinner party or just some snacks and sips to toast the new season. These party dishes capture the best of spring's flavors without much fuss.
