Born and raised in France, I discovered my love for cooking in my mom's kitchen. My grandmother was actually the first big influence in my love for cooking, as she would always improvise new and delicious ways to get me to eat my vegetables when I was young. Starting when I was 18, I cooked in restaurants and hotel kitchens in France for over a decade. In that time, I moved through all of the stations of a professional kitchen, including catering and pastry. Though I spent time in some of the most exciting and high-end kitchens of Paris, I grew tired of the judgmental atmosphere and some negative attitudes in France .
Following my culinary dream, I moved to America less than a year ago, Since coming to New York, I have been blessed to be able to cook for people in small and intimate settings, a world away from being in a professional kitchen. I am not limited by cuisine, number of guests, dietary requirements, or creative requests and look forward to working with you to create a remarkable culinary experience!
