From simple to elegant, I create custom menus using the freshest ingredients and making everything from scratch. Having lived in Spain for a year, Germany for four years, with summers in Korea, in addition to living in many different states, I have a deeply rooted passion for foods from all regions of the world, and cook a wide spectrum of delicious cuisines drawing from these experiences.
I want to highlight fresh, seasonal food, and love to put a twist on classic dishes, recalling your favorite dish, while introducing new flavors to your palate.
PLEASE NOTE: I have a minimum price of $500 (all in, flat rate), and for special occasions, I will cook for couples for $350. For catering parties or offices, the rate ranges from $15-75 per person.
My specialized Chef's Table Dinner and Dim Sum Fantasy Dinner are from $100-150 per person. We offer wine pairings and sommeliers for events at an additional cost as well.

Some of my earliest childhood memories are with my mother in the kitchen. As the youngest of three children, I was home with my mother as she prepared everyone's meals for the day. My father also made a point to be home for family dinner every night, and they both instilled in me a great passion and value in food and family from a very young age.
I lived in Germany for 4 years, during which time my mother would travel across Europe to take cooking classes. She would return home inspired and pass on her experience and knowledge to me, further developing and encouraging my passion for distinctive foods and cuisine.
I subsequently started experimenting and honing my culinary skills for my high school girlfriend. This eventually led to a focused devotion in cooking and serving, and I began to take over kitchens at parties, family gatherings and bbqs everywhere I went.
As a small business entrepreneur for over a decade, I was able to transform this passion into a business, and launched my own private chef / specialized catering / pop-up restaurant company Yummy Eats in 2011.
Since then, I have been catering for parties large and small, from Sweet Sixteens to Engagement Parties, cooking hot lunches for offices, teaching cooking classes, making special romantic dinners, and hosting unique pop-up restaurant events throughout NYC.
I am passionate and versatile, and able to accommodate the most discriminating aesthetic and dietary restriction. I provide flavor with flair, and look forward to making your event a delectable success!
