This was an awesome experience! From the time I booked the experience to the time Diana left, everything was beyond our expectations. The food was excellent. I would recommend Diana any time! Now that she is a three-time Chopped Champion, expect her to be a hot commodity!
We had such a fabulous meal and time with Chef Diana... I'd invite her back to join us any day of the week. A wonderful chef with phenomenal Latin influences (and she made enough for us to have leftovers!) My boyfriend was in heaven with her poblano short-ribs.
Diana was lovely and the meal was a hit with everyone. My personal favorites were the chicken empanadas and the churros. All the sauces and sides and brisket were delicious. I would love to have her cook for us again.
