Growing up in an Italian family, all I remember us doing was cooking and eating. Some of my earliest childhood memories were helping my Grandma Rosie roll meatballs for the sunday sauce. From a very young age there was always an interest. What I enjoy most about being a chef brings me back to my childhood and the sense of closeness to my family and all of the memories that were made. I want people to eat and really enjoy themselves, create new memories of their own.

Great experience with Nicole, even though I put my request in last minute. Food was excellent and she left us some extra food for another day. Would book again!
Nicole was 45 min late which was stressful. It was a last minute booking the day before since the original booking had to a cancel. I appreciate that Nicole stepped in. Her food was good even though we ate much later. She did leave a garbage outside our door of the apartment instead of just leaving it in the apartment so we had a surprise when the guests were leaving. She also left the kitchen floor a mess. Overall disappointing since my first experience with kitchensurfing was so good!
