Rational has a 60 percent share of the oven market in North America, and it has successfully leveled up the kitchen appliances intelligence, flexibility, efficiency, and power with the introduction of its next-generation high tech control oven.
The all-new iCombi Pro brings high productivity, lower energy consumption, shorter time of cooking to all types of the kitchen while delivering excellent results even when it is running on full load.
The new features include energy and time optimized cooking for kitchens where high production is required. iCombi Pro tells what foods you can cook together, and what items you can prepare as soon as possible, and sequenced to get ready at a certain specific time. Users will know when to put in and take out every food item in order to align with the production plan.
As the customers wanted, iCombi now allows chefs to switch from cooking just one food item type to mixed food items types on each shelf and iCombi with update the parameters for cooking accordingly. Also, it will adjust the cooking times and temperature for each item.
One more update in this new market leader is the ultra-fast, an approx twelve-minute, interim cycle of cleaning. It ensures the downtime is minimized by eliminating the food cooking smell rapidly and preparing the master chef for its next use.
