Everybody loved the quality of this pan, especially for cooking meats. The long handle made it easier to flip omelets. Its non-stick coating meant that the omelets slide out of the pan. It beat our scrambled egg test, too.
Once the pan cooled down, we didn’t even need to wash it in soapy water. Quite often, we could just wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
