Here are five great no-bake bar recipes!
Chocolate-peanut supreme
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 24 squares)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 small packages of instant chocolate pudding
- 4 c. cold milk
- 1 (12 oz) carton Cool Whip
- 1 c. chopped peanuts
In a bowl, combine peanut butter and butter. Stir in cracker crumbs and sugar. Mix well. Press into greased 9×13 pan. Prepare pudding with milk according to package directions. Add in Cool Whip. Spoon over crust. Sprinkle with peanuts. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until set.
Cheetio treats
- 3 T. butter
- 1 package mini marshmallows
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 5 c. Cheerios
- 1 c. plain & M’s
Place butter and marshmallows in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered on high for 2 minutes, or until puffed. Stir in the peanut butter until blended. Add cereal and M M;’s; mix well. Spoon in greased 9×13 pan. press down gently. Cool before cutting.
Variation: Can use Honey Nut Cheerios, also.
Cherry bing bars
- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- Dash of salt
- 1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
- 1/2 c. butter
- 12 oz. cherry chips
- 3/4 c. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 c. Rice Krispies OR 5 oz. crushed peanuts
Mix first five ingredients over medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove and add cherry chips and vanilla. Pour into greased 9×13 pan. Chill. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter. Add Rice Krispies or peanuts. Pour over chilled cherry mixture and chill again.

First layer
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 (3 oz) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 2 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. corn syrup
- 4 c. Rice Krispies
Second layer
- 1 stick melted oleo
- 1/2 (3 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 4 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
Third layer
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. chocolate chips
First Layer: Melt first 4 ingredients in microwave; stir in Rice Krispies and press into buttered jelly roll pan. Cool.
Second Layer: Beat together and spread over the first layer. Chill.
Third Layer: Melt together in microwave and pour over second layer.
Scotcheroo bars
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. creamy or chunky peanut butter
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 2 c. corn flakes
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. butterscotch chips.
Combine corn syrup, sugar, and salt in a large saucepan; cook over medium heat until it begins to boil. Stir in peanut butter and remove from heat. Add oatmeal, corn flakes and Rice Krispies. Pour into greased 8×8 pan. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips. Spread over bars.
