  • 310 grams of vegan milk

  • 2 tbsp. of sugar
  • 2 tsp of quick yeast

The next step would be to put the milk into a separate bowl. Add in the vinegar then beat in the oil and eggs. Pour the liquids into the pan.

  • 1 ½ cups of warm water, it should be about 105-110°F
  • 2 tsp of active dry yeast

  • 1 egg white, it should also be in room temperature
  • 1 ½ tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
  • 4 ½ tbsp. of olive or grapeseed oil
  • 420 grams of gluten-free flour

To start your bread, pour the warm water in a measuring cup then add in the yeast and the sugar. Stir it then set aside until you can see foam forming on the mixture. That would take about 8 to 10 minutes.

Next, beat the eggs and egg white together and then add to the pan of the machine. Remember to take the pan out of the machine before you pour your liquid ingredients into it. This is so you don’t get your machine wet in case of spillage.

Next, add the vinegar and the oil to the pan.

Then, add the yeast mixture to the pan.

Lastly, you can add the gluten-free flour to the liquid ingredients in the pan.

Place the pan back in the machine and set it to its gluten-free bread setting. Then you can start the mixing cycle.

  • ½ cup of potato starch
  • 2 tsp of baking soda
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp of nutmeg
  • Peach or apricot juice

To start, take the pan out and add all the ingredients, except the peach or apricot juice. The juice will be added during the mixing process when your mixture looks a little stiff and thick. Add the juice a tablespoon at a time.

The mixture should look a little thicker than a cake batter.

Put the pan in and set it to light to the medium crust. Program the machine for the super rapid or whatever setting your machine has that is equivalent to this.

Once the mixing cycle is done, remove the paddle from the pan. Then let the cycle continue.
